THERAPY, COACHING

Marquitta Fields, Ph.D LMFT/LCMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have the privilege of journeying with brave people to come face-to-face with their fear, process their emotions, and truly work toward a happier and healthier lifestyle.

  • I have worked with individuals and families to effect positive change in their lives. I look at problems through a systemic lens, which means I will never look at you as if you're the problem. The problem is the problem, not you. I take into account the context of the situation and work together with individuals and families to heal and develop functional and healthy relationships with one another. I have worked with clients who have felt stuck, who have struggled with issues of self-worth and esteem, and those who have just wanted to come and feel heard by another person.

I know it's hard to ask for help. It might even be scary, and that's okay. In many cases, feeling scared may be the first step in an amazing journey of growth and new opportunities. Our connection is deeply important to me, and a good fit will make therapy truly worth it. I invite you to contact me, so we can take the next step in getting you the support that will serve you best.

I incorporate multiple approaches throughout therapy depending on your goals and needs. We will begin by exploring patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and environments throughout multiple relationships, past and present. Insight into those patterns will help develop self-compassion, and provide space for new and healthier coping strategies, and relational patterns.

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist

Dominique Crump, LLMSW

Hi, I’m Dominique! I’m a Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions and more.

  • Feeling down, hopeless, lost? Does your mind race endlessly and you're not sure how to make it stop? Or maybe you’re doing well, and everyone thinks you’re fine, but you know you’re just going through the motions. Or maybe you’re tired of what perfectionism or people-pleasing is doing to you. If any of those statements apply, you’re in the right place.

I take an empowerment approach in therapy, seeing the best in those with whom I work. Through compassion and empathy, we’ll work together to capitalize on your strengths. Furthermore, my therapy style takes a healing and wholistic care approach: no one should feel like they are simply the worst thing that has ever happened to them.

There are often environmental challenges to people feeling like their best selves – we can address these together. I want anyone with whom I work alongside to understand that you do not have to do life alone; I am confident that, with both of our strengths combined, we will find solutions and mechanisms for you to, not just survive, but to also thrive.

Nutrition Coaching

Dominique Fields, Pn1

I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and I’m honored to walk with resilient people who are creating new stories filled with kindness, progress and celebration.

  • Throughout my life, I have witnessed and experienced the power of food and lifestyle. Ive witnessed and listened to people's stories about reversing diabetes, conquering cancer, treating anxiety and depression, freeing themselves from dark thoughts of heart attacks, etc. These stories and personal experiences have changed how much I value health in general.

I am passionate about being a healthier human being in all aspects of life, which requires balance and a lifetime!! I also love being able to hear peoples stories, to empathize with them, encourage them and celebrate with them. It is so satistying to see progress in my own journey as well as in other's.

I graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor of science in Biology. I worked in plasma donation centers for years where I saw how peoples diets had an immediate impact on the individual's plasma. Plasma should be straw colored and free flowing like water; however, a diet higher in fat caused donor's plasma to be thick and milky colored and would cause problems flowing through the machines smoothly. Again, another experience of how food impacts the body.

It wasn't until I finally conquered my debilitating migraines with food and lifestyle, when I became so excited and convinced of its power that I decided to become a certified nutrition coach through the highly reputable Precision Nutrition certification program. Since then, I've been continuing my journey of improving my health day by day while helping others do the same.

Personal Development and Self-Care Coach

Brittney McSwain

I’m a Certified Personal Development and Self-Care Coach who combines personal experience, humor, and expertise in public communication to offer a holistic approach to rewriting your story.

  • There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping others connect the dots to their wins and watching them thrive as they step out of their comfort zone in order to reach new heights.

I hold a degree in Public Communications & Culture Studies from the University of Michigan, and I’m currently completing my M.S. Ed in Educational Technology & Instructional Design, specializing in Adult E-Learning. My academic background gives me a unique lens to understand how communication shapes our identities and relationships, and how we can use that insight to grow personally and professionally.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals and small teams, as well as leading workshops in non-profit, startup, and educational environments. My approach to coaching blends theory and practice, informed by my experience in public communication and the ever-evolving needs of adult learners. Whether guiding clients through a career pivot or helping them uncover hidden potential, I strive to help my clients take actionable steps toward their goals.

  • I believe deeply in the importance of embracing your true self. It’s easy to get lost in societal expectations or the roles we think we need to play, and my role as your coach is to assist you in your journey to realign with your purpose. During our sessions, I work with clients to identify emotional blockers, develop actionable plans, and create space for self-compassion. Through introspective exercises and intentional goal-setting, we move beyond surface-level motivation and tap into the deeper reasons behind your ambitions.
