Your first session is all about getting to know each other and how therapy or coaching can be helpful. You’ll share what brought you, then you and your therapist or coach will discuss a plan forward. Think of it as a beginning step in the journey!

Most sessions last about 55 minutes. We find that this is a good amount of time to dive deep without feeling too overwhelming. If you need longer or shorter session, let us know and we can adjust based on your goals.
